Order Delivery Time

The order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, customization, quality control, and packaging. All orders are generally sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping Time: Refers to the time it takes for the package to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

USA and Canada Standard international shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).

Australia and New Zealand Standard international shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).

UK and Europe Standard international shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).

Other Countries Standard international shipping takes 2 to 5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).

Insured Shipping: If the item is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost, as long as sufficient proof is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery will be prioritized in our list of orders sent to our manufacturers. Depending on the order volume we receive, the delivery time may be similar to or the same as standard shipping. Your item is also insured.

Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as we have warehouses in various locations.

Tracking numbers usually take a few days or up to a week to update and show accurate tracking information. Please use a third-party website like https://17track.net to track your order.

Please note that in some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to ship everything as quickly as possible. We know it can be frustrating to wait longer than expected to receive your order, but we do not want to sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Requests If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@wavgleam.com, and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make changes. Please make sure you have selected the correct size and color to avoid any inconvenience.
